Mae Dell Izard, 93 years young, entered Heaven’s gate on April 23^rd, 2021. Mae Dell was born on January 25^th, 1928, in Cawthorne, Texas to Thomas Jefferson and Emma Frank Smith. She married Ernest Perry (Pete) Izard on August 6^th, 1948, which she was married for 51 years till his entrance to Heaven’s gate on October 22^nd, 1999.

Mae Dell was a devoted lifelong Baptist and a Homemaker. Mae Dell loved to work in her garden, go fishing for catfish and she loved to draw. She was a Charter Member of the Heights Hospital Ladies Auxiliary in Houston, Texas. Mae Dell took over her late husband’s Partnership interest in P & S Cattle Ranch with her son Stanley.

Mae Dell was preceded in passing by her parents, Thomas Jefferson and Emma Smith, first husband James Lamar (Jiggs) Henson, her late husband Ernest Perry (Pete) Izard, 9 siblings and numerous other family members.

Mae Dell is survived by a daughter, Jamie Henson Grider; son Ernest Jr (Camille) and son Stanley (Jo Anne) Izard; sister Helen Thiel; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren along with numerous other family members and friends

Funeral services will be held at Mc Williams Funeral Home in Hempstead, Texas with the Rev. Phillip (Deke) Mc Williams officiating. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 27^th from 5pm till 7pm. Services will be Wednesday, April 28^th at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will be at Macedonia Springer Cemetery in Hockley, Texas following the service.

Lorine Victoria Izard, age 85 of Catsprings, TX passed away on Monday,
January 1, 2018. She is preceded in death by her parents, Tony and
Estella Kubeskie; and survived by her husband, James Izard; son,
Michael Izard and wife Tracy; daughter, Kathleen Izard and husband
Roger Rutledge; grandchildren, Samantha Izard, Amanda Hamill, Taylor
Thomas, Cheyenne Izard, Lindsey Izard, Tara Smith; great grandchildren,
Emma, Payton, Kylie, Clayton, Braxton, Chloe, Alexi, Kayden, Adam; as
well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday. January 4, 2018, from 5pm – 7pm. Funeral
Service will be Friday, January 5, 2018, at 12 pm at Canon Funeral Home
with Pastor Ernest Izard officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia

James Izard, age 86 of La Grange, TX passed away on September 17, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents Junius Perry and Thelma Lee Izard; wife Lorine Izard; brothers Clarence Vernon Izard, Ernest Perry Izard, Sr., Norman Izard; sister Dorothy Smith. James is survived by son Michael Izard and wife Tracy; daughter Kathleen Izard and husband Roger Rutledge; grandchildren Samantha Izard, Amanda Hamill, Cheyenne Izard, Lindsey Izard, Taylor Thomas and wife Charlene, Tara Smith and husband Kevin; 10 great grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 22, 2019, from 4-6 pm at Canon
Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Monday, September 23, 2019, at
10:30am at Canon Funeral Home with Reverend Ernest Izard officiating.
Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery.
