Dodd, Sandra Ann Lloyd

Sandra Ann Lloyd Dodd, 73, of Hempstead, Texas passed away Friday, March 27, 2020. Sandra was born June 8, 1946 in Houston Texas to Glenn Ray Lloyd and Anna Florence Marek Lloyd. Sandra is proceeded in death by parents Glenn Ray Anna Florence Lloyd, Richard Lee Blackford and nieces Jennifer Haley Rodgers and Nicolette Huebotter. Sandra is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Charles L. Dodd., son Rodney Lee Blackford; and daughters Susanne Wagner and Traci Chandler. She is also survived by her step-daughter Cara Boggs and husband Ken; grandchildren: Meagan Hufhines and husband Joe, Chad Wagner, and Cassidy Anderson, Kaleigh Chandler, and Madison Chandler; great-grandchildren Mason and Tucker Hufhines; Easton and Weston Wagner; brothers Mike Lloyd and wife Leslie, Tim Lloyd and wife Denise; sisters Susan Winfree and husband Travis and Tammy Haley and husband Terry’ numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Arrangements were entrusted to McWilliams Funeral Home, Hempstead.

Dinkins, David

David Dinkins, age 44 of Houston, passed away on November 2, 2004. Mr. Dinkins is preceded in death by his mother, Kathryn Dinkins; and is survived by his aunts and uncle, Kenneth and Donnie Hines, and Marie Hollar; brother, Glenn Dinkins and wife Lydia; and nieces and nephews, Christopher and Elizabeth.

A Graveside Service were held Friday, November 5, 2004, at 11:00am at Macedonia Cemetery with Reverend Evelyn Cox officiating.

Gregory Wade Dennis, 45, of Houston, passed away November 10, 2019. He was born May 5, 1974, in Houston to the late Gary Dennis and Sue Milling.

Mr. Dabney is survived by his daughter, Elsie Jeanene Williams and husband George Vernon; sister, Nell Lenert of Houston; grandchildren, Cathy Berg of San Antonio, TX, Gena Scott of San Antonio, TX and Julie Hatfield of Las Vegas, NV; and great grandchildren, Kyle Berg, Elicia Berg, Ryan Berg, and Kelsie Scott.

Visitation will be Tuesday March 6, 2007, from 5 to 7 pm at Canon Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Wednesday March 7, 2007, at 2:00pm at Canon Funeral Home and Reverend Evelyn Cox officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery.

Clepper, Anna Lois Lazenby

May 6, 1941 – May 27, 2017
Lois Clepper, age 76, was freed from the grip of dementia as she went to be
with Jesus on May 27, 2017.
Lois was born May 6, 1941, in Woodville, TX, to Connie Lee & Lucille
Lazenby. She married Ellis W. Clepper on August 10, 1968, and they worked
side by side in multiple business ventures.
Lois, a longtime member of Faith Assembly Church and current member of
Champion Cowboy Church lived a life marked by her servant heart.
Lois loved the Lord and people.
She lent a helping hand and listening ear wherever she went.
Her generosity knew no bounds.
Lois especially loved her family, and her grandchildren brought her great joy.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving
husband of 47 years, Ellis W. Clepper; her daughters Leanne Kuciemba &
husband Chris, Tonia Brown & husband Paul; stepson Charlie Goodson & wife
Jennifer; grandchildren Aslyn, Ayden, Karston, Seth, Cy, Amos, Justin & wife
Jessica, Travis & wife Caitlin; great grandchildren Mila & Oliver; twin sister
Louise Stewart & husband Bob; brothers Floyd Lazenby & wife Anne, Connie
Lazenby & wife Eleanor; Aunt Dottie Butler; uncle J.W. Lazenby and numerous
nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of Lois’ life will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at
Klein Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Goodson officiating. Interment will
follow at Springer Cemetery in Hockley, TX. The family will receive friends
from 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM on Monday, May 29, 2017, at Klein Funeral Home in
Magnolia.
